Shipping Policy
We at LGH Rigging Services understand that buying online and receiving your items should be as
fast and efficient as possible. Subject to availability of stock we offer a next working day
delivery service for the UK mainland only provided we receive your
order before 12.00 noon.
At LGH Rigging Services, you, the customer comes first, and we will do everything
possible to help you receive quality products with the best customer service.
Your order may be delayed if:
- If the delivery address is outside the UK mainland.
- Any unforeseen stock shortages occur. You will be notified by email or telephone if this is the case.
- We cannot get immediate security clearance for payment of your order.
We place the security of our customers paramount,
therefore these checks are essential to combat fraudulent use
of payment and address details.
Shipping Methods
Shipping methods only apply to mainland UK addresses
Subject to stock availability we endeavour to deliver next working day for all orders received by 12.00 noon
Orders placed Monday to Thursday will be delivered next working day.
Orders placed Friday will be delivered Monday.
Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be delivered Tuesday.
Shipping Rates
Delivery rates only apply to mainland UK addresses. Delivery to any address outside of mainland UK will carry a premium.
Returns Policy
You must contact LGH Rigging Services either by phone - 020 8215 1240 or via e-mail - info@lghriggingservices.com if you intend to return products.
It is our aim to offer you value and quality products. So if, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 16 days of delivery, in its original packaging and we will exchange it or offer you a full refund.
Note that the 16-day money back does not apply to made to order or customised products with a logo or any other addition to the product made on the behalf of the customer. Once the order has been dispatched, customers cannot return the items unless they are faulty. Your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 are not affected.
In addition, all LGH Rigging Services products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a minimum of 6 months. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
All returned products must reach LGH Rigging Services within 16 days of the delivery date.
Returns and refunds will take approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at LGH Rigging Services.
All returns and exchange items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials and manuals. The goods must not be damaged and be in perfect re-saleable condition.
We strongly recommend that you use a carrier that can provide you with "proof of delivery". LGH Rigging Services will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit
The customer pays for all shipping back to LGH Rigging Services.
Any product, which is damaged or not in an "as new" condition will be returned back to customers at the customer's expense. This return charge will be deducted before any items are dispatched to customers.
